Sorry, everybody.  I’ve just been too busy to update.  Yeah, I know, I’m a big putz. 

I’d say that I’ll get better, but really I’m just crazy busy with work now.  And probably will be for a while. 

I would like to officially plug one of the most consistant collegiate teams in the sport.  Penn State University took yet another top 2 finish this year, losing to the surpise (at least in my mind) team from Harvard.  Good job guys!

So first off lets just start form the top and get this out of the way…March madness has been just that!  If ANYBODY gets all of their picks correct this year they cheated!  I knew I was going out on a limb picking Gonzaga to win it all but I would have at least like to have seen the Reddick v Moore duel.

On to school…I am a week and a half away from finishing my 4 month intensive German course.  It has been a lot of fun but I am very ready to get going.  I still have so much to learn and I am looking forward to making some headway.  That and I can not wait to get to Germany!!!  I can almost see it!  Soon I will be in a land where if your beer is crappy they don't even let you sell it!!!!!!!!  I eagerly await this!

And now my supplement to an earlier post regarding my G-Men.  Here is th problem…they have a good team on paper.  These magic words have haunted the Giants for as long as I can remember.  "If they can just stay healthy".  That is another common phrase.  Frankly I am scared as the NL west has improved drastically over the off-season and I lok for it to be more of what was expected last year.

Can't wait till that opening pitch!

Ok WHAT THE HECK!  Why is it that every time one of my two favorite teams makes the world series I can’t watch it.  I shudder to think what will happen this year as I will once again be out of the country come World Series time.  The last time this happened my Giants made it all the way to the big dance.  Granted they lost in 7 but they made it!  Then The Red Sox break the curse.  How many of those games did I watch you ask?  NONE OF THEM!  I was away from TV’s, radios, computers and any other tyoes of news gathering abillities for the whole thing.

That being said, sorry Dodgers aqnd everybody else in the west.  It is destiny. There is nothing you can do.  Better luck next year.
